Peanut Butter Fudge

I made this for the first time last year and it was the best! Very smooth and creamy, not crumbly like some can be.

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. peanut butter
7oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter til melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, stirring until melted. Pour into greased 13x9. Cool at room temperature.

  1. I'll try this as it sounds yummy. I found this recipe somewhere I am dying to try it....

    Easy PB Fudge

1 pkg creme drops (found at walmart in the candy section)
    2 T peanut butter

Microwave together for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Stir quickly and pour into an 8 by 8 inch pan. Cool 5 minutes and cut.

The recipe says nothing about preparing the pan ahead of time but the PB probably has enough oil in it to help it not stick. I have got to try this!
